Operations and Systems Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations & Systems Manager to oversee financial operations and technical systems supporting content production.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with CFO and COO on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Negotiate and manage vendor contracts and oversee company-wide purchasing
• Lead implementation and maintenance of multiple platforms and manage IT assets

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in operations, finance, or production management
• Strong grasp of budgeting, financial reporting, and vendor/contract management
• Experience managing accounts payable/receivable and business systems
• Proficiency with project management and automation tools
• Familiarity with IT asset management and digital security best practices
