Position: Product Manager

Working Hours: We are asynchronous, work when you want

Location: Fully Remote

Salary Range: $5,000 - $10,000 USD/month

Eligible Locations: Anywhere, with a preference for Europe and South America

About Colonist

We're building the biggest digital board game platform on the internet. Last year, our players spent 874 years playing 33 million games on our Settlers of Catan alternative. We're a fully remote, asynchronous team spread across multiple continents, focused on crafting extremely polished digital board games that people truly love.

About The Role

As a Product Manager at Colonist, you will take ownership of the entire product lifecycle, using your data-driven insights and mobile gaming expertise to shape strategy and drive execution for rapid growth. Your mission will be to drive exponential growth by tripling our annual growth rate through strategic prioritization, impactful product decisions, and continuous optimization of the user experience. You'll play a crucial role in defining and delivering our product roadmap, with the autonomy to lead initiatives that unlock new potential in our game.


What You'll Do

  • Lead the product lifecycle with a focus on delivering high-impact results

  • Use data interpretation, KPI tracking, and trend analysis to make informed product decisions that drive growth

  • Own feature prioritization, design, planning, and implementation to enhance user experience and engagement

  • Coordinate effectively across teams using async communication and documentation, ensuring smooth, cross-functional collaboration

  • Conduct A/B tests, gather user feedback, and continually iterate to improve our product’s performance and value

Requirements

  • 4+ years in product, with a focus on mobile apps

  • Deep knowledge of the mobile gaming landscape

  • Proven ability to drive product lifecycles autonomously and in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong analytical skills for data interpretation, KPI tracking, and trend analysis

  • Compatible with a remote, async working environment

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
