Closing Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Closing Specialist responsible for managing property files and facilitating closings for online auction sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Process auction files to ensure seller requirements are met and complete closing tasks in various systems
• Communicate with buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and title companies to facilitate the closing process
• Review closing documents and assist with clearing title or property issues as needed

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma
• Minimum 3 years' office experience with at least 2 years' computer experience
• Minimum 2 years' title or closing experience
• Knowledge of standard real estate closing and title procedures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
