Job Summary

A company is looking for an Exchange Services Manager to oversee marketing and operational activities related to 1031 tax deferred exchanges.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate marketing and operational activities for 1031 tax deferred exchanges
• Lead business development activities and develop sales strategies
• Establish and implement objectives, policies, and practices for the division

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of relevant experience, with managerial experience preferred
• Considerable working knowledge of real estate lending tax law, marketing, and product development
• Experience in managing budgets and profitability
• Staying current on tax legislation related to tax deferred real estate exchanges
• Experience in hiring, transferring, and evaluating performance of staff
