California Licensed Policy Service Agent

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Policy Service Agent II - REMOTE.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete applications and processes to address customer inquiries and concerns efficiently
• Interact with Underwriters to resolve complex underwriting policy issues and respond to general questions
• Utilize product knowledge to service and maintain existing accounts, including quoting and policy changes

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required; college degree is a plus
• Active resident Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
• 3-7 years of directly-related Property & Casualty Insurance experience in a call center or customer service environment
• Ability to obtain appropriate P&C equivalent license in other states as required
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
