Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Performance Program Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversees the education strategy for employed and affiliate healthcare providers, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
  • Manages the deployment and effectiveness of provider training programs, implementing improvements as needed
  • Coordinates chart preparation activities and quality review projects to enhance provider performance
Required Qualifications
  • Foreign Medical Graduate MD, APRN, or RN License (Full or Limited License)
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare education, training, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in Risk Adjustment/Documentation Review
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, policies, and medical terminology
  • Experience in educational program development and implementation is highly preferred
