RCM Training Workflow Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for an RCM & Training Workflow Associate.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead pre-live and post-live athenaOne Collector/billing training for providers and staff
• Innovate and create new learning experiences for Care Centers
• Provide onsite Go-Live support and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2+ years of experience with client-facing, remote training preferred
• 2+ years of experience with practice management systems preferred
• Previous experience with athenaOne or EMR
• Experience with Revenue Cycle Management and Physician Office Billing preferred
