Learning and Development Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning and Development Lead, Solid Tumor, US Oncology.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive learning strategy that aligns with brand objectives and business needs
• Oversee the creation and execution of training programs focused on disease state, selling skills, and customer engagement
• Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance performance and continuously refine training programs based on data-driven evaluations

Required Qualifications

• Minimum BS/BA degree; MS/MBA preferred
• 6+ years of pharmaceutical sales or relevant clinical experience, with 3+ years in oncology/hematology
• At least 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales training or related fields
• Demonstrated leadership and people management skills
• Familiarity with adult learning techniques and digital solutions for training and capability building
