• Experience in fast-paced agencies is required; in-house experience at B2B software companies is a bonus
• Proficiency in using automation and AI to streamline work processes
• Strong project and time management skills with a focus on driving projects forward
• Ability to present effectively to executives and facilitate discussions with stakeholders
