Job Summary

A company is looking for a Channel Account Manager I, Service Provider.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve assigned quotas based on expansion metrics and renewal rates
• Act as a trusted advisor to partners, enhancing customer and partner satisfaction
• Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple contacts within partner organizations

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Channel or Direct Sales roles
• Knowledge of the MSP space, preferably related to the cybersecurity industry
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
• Strong bias to action and ability to work efficiently
