Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Success Manager (remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with stakeholders at payor and provider organizations
• Support onboarding and training to ensure clients are set up for success
• Monitor client performance and usage data to identify opportunities for improvement

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in client success, account management, or related roles within healthcare payors
• Deep understanding of the healthcare payor landscape, including regulatory and operational challenges
• Technical fluency with healthcare platforms and ability to learn new systems quickly
• Bachelor's in Business, Healthcare Administration, Communications, Clinical field, or related discipline is preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build trust and rapport
