A company is looking for a Client Success Manager - Direct & Agency.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for all direct and agency clients, managing campaign creation and reporting
• Lead client campaigns from sales handoff through implementation, optimization, and reporting
• Monitor media delivery and discrepancies, ensuring smooth campaign execution and communication with clients

Required Qualifications

• BA or BS degree in a marketing or analytical field
• 3+ years of progressive advertising operations experience
• Experience in gaming, advertising, or digital media
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce
• IAB Ad Operations Certification or equivalent is a plus
