A company is looking for a Patient Engagement Representative to support pharmacists in delivering medication management services in a call center environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach to qualified patients while adhering to policies and procedures
• Articulate clinical services to enhance patient engagement and program participation
• Perform data entry and maintain documentation of calls and administrative duties

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 2+ years of customer service experience
• Ability to work flexible 8-hour shifts during designated business hours
