Key Responsibilities

• Address, troubleshoot, resolve, and communicate data quality issues
• Act as a key point of contact for Client Service and data inquiry communication
• Monitor and identify patterns in client inquiries to influence process changes

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in a related field
• Ability to think conceptually and analytically
• Industry experience in Home Durables is a plus
