Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Implementation Specialist to guide newly signed customers through the implementation process of their products.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete implementation and setup steps for newly signed customers
• Proactively manage the implementation process to meet clients' timelines and goals
• Drive adoption of products and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 2-5 years in a customer implementation role within healthcare SaaS
• Experience onboarding customers in an API environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of creating SOWs and project plans
• Ability to interpret customer agreements and manage multiple projects concurrently
• Must be customer-oriented and able to work independently while being a proactive team member
