Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Disaster Response & Dispatch Agent.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls in a bilingual queue to assist individuals in immediate need
• Research information in databases to resolve customer issues effectively
• Demonstrate listening skills, empathy, and compassion while handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously

Required Qualifications

• MUST BE BILINGUAL, fluent in English and Spanish (fluency testing will be administered)
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Reside and legally able to work in the United States
• Proficient in using multiple computer applications quickly and efficiently
• Must pass a background check
