Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager to enhance client experiences in the veterinary industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead customer audits and optimizations both remotely and onsite
• Manage equipment and software update projects, including system relocations
• Provide customer solution training and contribute to pipeline development for targeted accounts

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:

• Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, or a related field is desired
• Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience
• Preferred experience in software implementation and veterinary inventory knowledge
• Familiarity with Patient Information Management Systems and Inventory Management is helpful
• Certifications in veterinary medicine are a plus
