Job Summary

A company is looking for a License Advisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Uncover and land new opportunities and clients through data mining and collaboration
• Manage publisher agreement lifecycles and assist IT departments with compliance and product needs
• Provide pre-sales support and optimize licensing contracts through proactive communication with clients

Required Qualifications

• Basic understanding of the IT landscape
• 3 years of account management or IT software support experience
• Completion of Microsoft MCP (Licensing) certification
• Experience with Microsoft and Adobe product terms and conditions
• Other relevant software and cloud certifications
