Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with key account managers to prioritize customer needs
• Serve as a liaison with internal departments for billing and collections
• Manage proposal requests and oversee the approval process for Certificates of Insurance

• Proficiency in Excel, including reporting and PivotTables
