Manager - Office Admin

About the Role:

We’re looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Admin Manager to join our team at CleverTap. In this role, you’ll manage the daily operations of our offices across several regions and help coordinate company-wide activities.

What will you do:

- Develop and implement administrative strategies, policies, and processes to ensure smooth office operations.

- Manage office spaces and infrastructure in line with business needs.

- Provide administrative support to internal teams, ensuring a high level of customer service.

- Oversee essential services like housekeeping, front office management, courier, infrastructure, travel services, and canteen management.

- Find ways to improve cost efficiencies while meeting team needs.

- Collaborate with management to deliver necessary administrative support across the organization including office events.

- Assign tasks to team members and ensure smooth execution of administrative duties.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and legal requirements.

What are we looking for ?

- A Bachelor’s degree Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

- 10 years of experience in a B2B SaaS environment, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.

- Strong knowledge of office administration, facilities management, and best practices in office services.
