A company is looking for a Supervisor of Claims.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team, promoting accountability and high performance standards
• Ensure claims processing meets production and accuracy standards while remaining compliant with regulations
• Continuously review and improve business processes to enhance accuracy and reduce costs

Required Qualifications

• BS/BA degree with 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a medical/dental claims operation
• Expertise in medical and dental claim processing and electronic claim transactions (EDI)
• Strong understanding of healthcare code sets and regulatory requirements (ACA, HIPAA, COBRA)
• Ability to interpret provider contracted rates for claim adjudication
• Proficient in data evaluation and office software
