Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Insurance Verification Specialist - Specialty Rx.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify patient eligibility and coordinate benefits for insurance claims
• Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding insurance inquiries and resolve customer issues
• Assist in the prior authorization process and manage documentation of contact interactions

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Experience in customer service within healthcare, specialty pharmacy, or related fields
• Basic level PC skills and familiarity with MS Office Suite
• Ability to communicate effectively in a diplomatic manner
• Experience with customer service related to adherence and complex disease states is preferred
