Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
• 8+ years of senior leadership experience, including 5+ years supporting C-level executives
• Experience in developing systems and processes for project management during organizational growth
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, Jira, and Asana
• Alignment with the mission and values of the organization
