Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple Service Delivery associates on a daily basis
• Execute action plans to enhance operational and metric performance
• Prepare and analyze regular and ad-hoc reports for client executives

Required Qualifications

• At least 3+ years of operational hospital experience
• Preferred background in coding, billing, and/or follow-up
• Ability to develop and implement strategic plans for service delivery improvement
• Experience in analyzing complex situations and making sound decisions
