• Oversee customer success initiatives and drive adoption strategies for Marketing Cloud
• Operationalize a Voice of Customer program to inform strategic decisions and enhance product relevance

Qualifications

• 15+ years in enterprise customer leadership roles, including sales and strategic partnerships
• Proven executive presence with the ability to engage CxOs across various industries
• Deep understanding of automation and SaaS business models
• Experience establishing Customer Advisory Boards or similar customer feedback mechanisms
• Track record of influencing product, engineering, and go-to-market strategies
