Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Services Support Associate I.

Key Responsibilities

• Field incoming support requests via chat, calls, and online inquiries
• Create and submit detailed call logs documenting customer interactions
• Act as a customer liaison, resolving and initiating resolutions for technical issues

Required Qualifications

• Six months of experience in an IT or customer service role
• Ability to adapt to different operating systems and troubleshoot hardware/software issues
• Commitment to quality and strong multi-tasking skills
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends
• Ability to empathize with and prioritize internal customer needs
