Steward patient accounts from initial contact through final approval or denial
Required Qualifications
High School education required
2-4 years of related customer-facing experience or equivalent combination of education and experience desired
Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment preferred
Knowledge of insurance billing methods and general pharmacy operations is a plus
Ability to type a minimum of 40 WPM
