Capco is looking for talented, innovative and creative people to join our incredible and growing Team focused on our financial services clients. We are looking for experienced talent exceptional domain expertise who can work directly with our clients on mission-critical projects.

About the Role

 

Responsibilities 

  • Establish collaborative relationships with external and internal project teams. 
  • Collect and track project and resource information (i.e., project budget, resource rate, etc.) 
  • Prepare resource allocation/forecast based on available budget and review with Senior Management 
  • Provide the resource allocation updates to Finance and Project Managers 
  • Be the point of contact for any project resource related inquiry 
  • Maintain accurate Project List and Resource Assignment files 
  • Collect details on new projects and ensure project list is up to date with latest information 
  • Facilitate regularly recurring project review meetings with Management team 
  • Manage deviations for the respective applications and ensure they are submitted and/or renewed on time 
  • Respond to audit requests and provide required report/document as needed

  • 2+ years of Project Coordination or related experience 
  • Capital Markets domain experience required
  • Experience working with Clarity reuired
  • Experience with JIRA and Confluence required
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks and with a high attention to detail 
  • Agile methodology experience 
  • Excellent people skills 
  • Comfortable speaking and presenting to internal team members and clients 
  • Ability work in fast-paced environment while following best practice and company process 
  • Excellent listening, oral, and written communication skills 
  • Financial Service experience desirable but not necessary
