The Job
This role will lead our company’s number one priority for 2025 by solving the most critical pain point for our customers, resolving issues with their systems, quickly and effectively. This person will be building the program from the ground up and will have the opportunity to take ideas through to execution, making a material impact on our company. This role is highly cross functional and will require someone with excellent stakeholder management at all levels and experience working across Operations, Engineering, Product, Product Marketing, Sales and Customer Success leadership. This role will report into our Head of Program Management.
What You’ll Do- At Omnidian we believe in trust and autonomy. How you create an impact is ultimately up to you. Here is an outline of some of the things you’ll be doing:
Develop and lead the program focused on improving customer’s biggest pain point
- Create and implement program management foundations from scratch
- Partner across orgs to solidify roadmap and turn the roadmap into results
- Ensure program remains on track, capturing and mitigating and large issues as they arise
- Communicate and partner cross functionally with different audiences, including Executive Team, on program status, issues, blockers etc.
- Drive program metrics, benchmarking and goals in partnership with stakeholders.
Operational Excellence
- Operationally detail-oriented, a deep interest in understanding our Operations teams and their day to day
- Process driven
- Bridge between Operations and Technology Lead change management strategy in partnership with Operational and Technology leaders.
Who You Are- You are a team player who understands everyone in the program is working towards the same goal and you create an environment where people can do their best work.
- You thrive and enjoy building programs from the ground up with little direction or precedent. You are a self starter.
- You are a clear communicator both verbally and written.
- You have a strong understanding of what type of communication is needed in different situations.
- You are metric driven and have a passion for baselining, analyzing and driving program metrics.
- You enjoy ambiguity and problem solving, and lots of it.
Experience You'll Need- 7+ years of experience leading large cross functional programs
- Experience leading programs with Operations and Engineering teams
- Starting programs from scratch and working with ambiguity
- Track record of developing programs and delivering big results
Experience That’s a Plus- Leading Operational Programs with great success

$114,750 - $155,250 a year
Midpoint: $135,000
