Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Commercial Counsel (West) to join their legal team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead legal negotiations for enterprise deals and provide guidance on various transactions
• Support Area Directors and their teams in the Western Region of the US
• Shape initiatives to streamline the contracting process as the company scales

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of in-house transactional experience with direct customer interaction
• 5+ years of experience negotiating SaaS agreements with enterprise customers
• Licensed to practice law and in good standing in the state of residence
• Understanding of the full contract lifecycle from NDA to signature process
• Proficient in editing and managing contracts using Microsoft Office and Google Product Suites
