Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Business and Legal Affairs.

Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate, draft, and manage live performance and brand partnership agreements for musical artists
• Assist in negotiations of agency-wide terms with domestic and international music promoters
• Provide guidance on branded and endorsement opportunities, including licensing agreements

Required Qualifications

• JD degree with active bar membership required
• 3+ years of relevant experience in entertainment or music law
• Strong track record of negotiating and drafting complex agreements
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• A passion for the live music industry is a plus
