Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product and Marketing Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and advise on marketing content and ensure compliance with consumer protection regulations
• Provide legal guidance on new product features and updates, ensuring adherence to applicable laws
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed legal considerations in product development and mitigate risks

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from a top law school and membership in the California Bar
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in marketing review, advertising law, or product counseling
• Strong understanding of U.S. advertising and consumer protection laws
• International experience and knowledge of intellectual property or privacy are a plus
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
