Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Counsel to support its operations in contract review and international philanthropy.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft equivalency determinations or conduct general contract review and drafting
• Collaborate across programs and departments to ensure legal compliance
• Conduct legal research and provide relevant internal and external training

Required Qualifications

• Must be a licensed attorney in a U.S. state, territory, or possession
• At least four years of experience in contract review and legal analysis
• Interest in international issues and NGOs
• Any foreign language skill is a plus
• Experience in a law firm, nonprofit organization, or in-house legal position
