Business Relations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Analyst Business Relations CCO (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze assigned LOB agent systems and processes to support and improve customer and agent experiences
• Develop training materials and maintain documentation based on business needs and feedback
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and process alignment

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree OR High School Diploma/GED with at least 3 years of relevant experience
• Experience in developing and delivering training curriculum for diverse audiences
• Ability to elicit and document requirements from business owners
• Experience acting as a subject matter expert and analyzing reports for trends
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office applications
