Senior RFI Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Information Associate.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Business Development in securing new business through effective management of RFIs
• Lead strategy meetings and ensure collaboration among Senior Management and relevant departments during the RFI process
• Train and mentor junior RFI Specialists while maintaining quality and accuracy in deliverables

Required Qualifications and Education

• Extensive knowledge of the CRO, Pharmaceutical, or related industry with 6+ years of corporate experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Life Sciences preferred but not essential)
• Minimum of 3 years' experience as an RFI Specialist or Proposal Developer
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
