Job Summary

A company is looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst / Consultant Senior.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, understand, and define business requirements from clients and end users
• Lead requirements elicitation, analysis, and solution design processes
• Configure, customize, and optimize Sales Cloud and Service Cloud based on user stories and business requirements

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Consultant with a consultative approach
• Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, with CPQ knowledge as an advantage
• Experience with complex Salesforce orgs, integrations, and legacy systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio
• Agile/Scrum background and familiarity with Salesforce development tools are advantageous
