Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior M&A Advisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Co-lead target sourcing and market scanning to identify potential acquisition and partnership targets
• Facilitate discussions with potential targets and manage data room and NDA workflows
• Support due diligence workshops and prepare materials for board-level recommendations

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in corporate development, private equity, or strategy consulting, preferably in software or tech
• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field
• Strong analytical capabilities and advanced financial modeling skills
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and meet tight deadlines
• Demonstrated adaptability and learning agility in diverse team environments
