Job Summary

A company is looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
• Participate in project delivery and process optimization, including configuration within software packages
• Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide ongoing support and training for Salesforce users

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on operational experience in a high-volume Salesforce environment
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic roadmaps
• Exceptionally self-motivated and directed
• BA/BS in Computer Science
