Role Overview: We’re seeking a Sales Development Manager to lead and scale our SDR (Sales Development Representative) and BDR (Business Development Representative) teams. This role combines strategy with hands-on management, focusing on demand generation, pipeline creation, and team enablement to drive new business for Brisk Teaching.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Manage, train, and support SDRs and BDRs to develop a high-performing team focused on building a robust pipeline.
Demand Generation: Implement strategies that drive lead generation, working closely with Marketing to optimize messaging and campaigns that attract qualified leads.
Pipeline Management: Oversee the team’s outreach, ensuring accurate tracking of opportunities and an effective handoff to Sales.
Metrics & Reporting: Set and monitor KPIs to ensure team performance aligns with business goals, providing insights and regular updates to leadership.
Enablement: Equip the team with tools, scripts, and training for effective prospect engagement and pipeline growth.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of one year managing SDR/BDR teams and three years in sales development, preferably in SaaS, edtech, or related fields.
Strategic & Results-Driven: Proven success in driving demand generation strategies and meeting pipeline targets.
Leadership Skills: Strong communicator and motivator with a track record of coaching teams to success.
