Job Description

Direct responsibility for growth and defection of high-end players.

  • Oversee daily operations of department including analyzing comp decisions, reinvestment rates, and programs for high-end players.
  • Establish and execute department policies and objectives in an effort to grow new and existing players.
  • Implement trackable player program.
  • Supervise, schedule, and train Hosts and VIP Services.
  • Train staff to increase guest service.
  • Provide input on VIP events.

Qualifications

  • 5 plus years marketing management experience.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Working knowledge of computers and player tracking system
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses
