Reporting to the Sales Operations Manager, the Sales Operations Analyst will help to remove obstacles from the floor’s day to day process through collaborative efforts with Product, Business Technology (Salesforce), Pricing, Customer Experience, Enablement, and Customer Success. This role will primarily be responsible for optimizing the DealDesk processes and ensuring data integrity within the CRM. The role requires you to utilize a broad range of skills on a daily basis including, but not limited to, superb communication, process improvement, data analysis, and project management. You will be successful I this role if you lead with empathy as you identify areas of inefficiency in the sales process and implement solutions. The ideal candidate will be passionate about solving problems, optimizing processes and interested in working in a rapidly growing SaaS/Fintech company.

Make your impact within a rapidly growing Fintech Company

  • Proactively identify challenges in the sales process and design solutions by collaborating with internal Stakeholders, Salesforce development teams, and other cross-functional partners
  • Partner with Revenue Enablement to address change management ensuring a seamless transition to new processes or updates to existing processes
  • Oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and on time
  • Be a key driver in UAT testing for Salesforce releases
  • Remove obstacles from the sales floor by providing daily support for process or dealdesk related issues
  • Build SFDC dashboards and run basic analyses to help surface gaps in performance and efficiency

  • 3+ years of Sales Operations or sales support experience
  • Salesforce Admin certification
  • Proficient in Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables, chart building)
  • High attention to detail, curious and resourceful
  • Strong communication and presentation skills

Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed below. The role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, flexible spending & health savings account, paid holidays, paid time off, and other company benefits. Zone 1- San Francisco Bay Area CA (includes HQ), New York City, Seattle
$92,000$110,900 USD
Zone 2- CA (Non San Francisco Bay Area), Austin TX, Massachusetts
$82,800$99,800 USD
Zone 3 -Utah (includes Utah office), Houston TX (office), Florida, North Carolina
$78,200$94,300 USD
