Bi-Lingual Patient Liaison

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bi-Lingual Patient Liaison (English and French).

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, study sites, vendors, and related parties
• Schedule travel and logistics requests for patients enrolled in clinical trials and manage vendor interactions
• Process expense reimbursements for approved expenses and train study site personnel on using the online portal

Required Qualifications

• BS or BA degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service or the life sciences industry preferred
• Fluency in English and French (spoken and written); proficiency in Spanish is a plus
• Experience working with multiple independent vendors to achieve results on a deadline
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook
