Job Summary

A company is looking for a New Patient Consultant I to assist patients in their fertility journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle high volumes of inbound calls and patient inquiries, converting leads into scheduled appointments
• Provide accurate information about services and guide patients through the appointment process
• Collaborate with clinical teams and maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1+ year experience in a high-volume call center preferred
• 1+ year experience in healthcare or women's health preferred
• Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems
• Compassion for patients navigating sensitive topics
