Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Accounts Manager (HNCA) to enhance medical management efficiency and improve healthcare experiences for enrollees.

Key Responsibilities

• Collects and analyzes data on employer groups' utilization experiences
• Develops and implements work plans for clinical account management of employer groups
• Leads multiple complex initiatives to improve healthcare delivery and outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related health field; Master's degree preferred
• Active and valid Registered Nurse License preferred
• Three to five years of experience in managed care, utilization management, or case management
• Experience in compliance, accreditation, service, or quality improvement
• Strong vendor management experience is highly preferred
