Oncology Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Oncology Customer Service Support Representative - REMOTE.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients and patients with inquiries related to insurance coverage, billing, and financial responsibilities
  • Process credit card payments and initiate payment plans while adhering to compliance protocols
  • Document conversations and maintain accurate records in the billing system
Required Qualifications
  • Associates degree with 1+ year of relevant experience or High School diploma/GED with 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Prior healthcare experience preferred, especially in medical billing and collection practices
  • Knowledge of insurance explanation of benefits (EOB) and professional medical billing
  • Computer proficiency with MS Windows, MS Office, and database experience
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly desirable
