Job Summary

A company is looking for a TEMP BPO Senior Associate.

Key Responsibilities

• Process all claims for assigned groups within ten days of receipt
• Contact providers and case management companies regarding problem claims
• Assist with audits and claims processing for new or backlogged groups

Required Qualifications

• High School Education required
• Minimum of one to three years of experience working with the public
• Previous insurance billing or customer service background recommended
• Must have TPA experience, Dental and Commercial Claims
• Ability to perform sedentary work for extended periods of time
