Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Call Center Representative - Greater Sacramento - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Answers calls and responds to member inquiries or forwards to appropriate personnel
• Researches and documents member calls/inquiries in a CRM ticketing solution
• Conducts outbound calls to members as needed for customer service issues

Required Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• Minimum of 6 months customer service or telephone experience preferred
• Experience with organizational functions and personnel
• Familiarity with computer software and telephone technology
