Patient Liaison

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Liaison to provide support to patients and clinics involved in pharmaceutical research trials.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, study sites, vendors, and related parties
• Schedule travel and logistics for patients in clinical trials, managing arrangements and addressing travel issues
• Process expense reimbursements for patients and train study site personnel on using the online portal

Required Qualifications

• BS or BA degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service or the life sciences industry preferred
• Experience working with multiple independent vendors to meet deadlines
• Experience in the travel and/or hospitality industry is a plus
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook
