Job Summary

A company is looking for a Part-Time After-Hours Corporate Travel Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure high client satisfaction by exceeding customer service expectations via phone or email
• Assist in making accurate business travel arrangements for corporate accounts, including air, car, hotel, and ground transportation
• Follow company procedures and assist team members in servicing clients

Required Qualifications

• Experience with a GDS system, preferably Sabre
• Strong customer focus and ability to deliver exceptional client experiences
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
• Outstanding interpersonal skills for building strong business relationships
