  • HRIS Management & Optimization: Gestione continua del sistema HRIS per garantire l’accuratezza dei dati e l’efficienza dei processi. Supporto nella personalizzazione e ottimizzazione delle funzionalità del sistema.

  • Gestione delle Assenze: Monitoraggio e gestione dei congedi e delle assenze, assicurando la conformità con le politiche aziendali e normative.

  • Supporto Contratti e Documentazione Dipendenti: Preparazione e gestione della documentazione contrattuale e delle pratiche amministrative, assicurando la corretta archiviazione e aggiornamento delle informazioni.

  • Compliance, Health & Safety: Assicurare che le pratiche aziendali siano in linea con le normative legali e aziendali in materia di salute e sicurezza. Monitorare la compliance delle policy HR.

  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Coordinare i processi di ingresso e uscita dei dipendenti, garantendo una transizione fluida e una positiva employee experience.

  • Data Analytics & Reporting: Analisi dei dati HR per produrre report che supportano decisioni strategiche, monitorando KPI come turnover, assenze e engagement.

  • Gestione Richieste dei Dipendenti: Rispondere prontamente alle richieste dei dipendenti riguardanti benefit, buste paga, permessi e altre necessità HR.

  • Payroll, Visa & Relocation: Supportare i processi di payroll, inclusa la gestione di visti e trasferimenti internazionali, garantendo precisione e compliance.

  • Supporto Eventi, Community & Workplace Experience: Collaborare all’organizzazione di eventi aziendali e attività di team building, contribuendo a rafforzare la community aziendale.

  • Benefits & Welfare: Assicurare una gestione efficace dei benefit, identificando opportunità di miglioramento per aumentare la soddisfazione dei dipendenti.

  • Wellbeing & Cultura Aziendale: Supportare iniziative legate al benessere e al rafforzamento della cultura aziendale, promuovendo un ambiente di lavoro positivo e inclusivo.

  • Supporto a Progetti del Dipartimento P&C: Collaborare a progetti speciali del dipartimento People & Culture, contribuendo con un approccio proattivo e orientato alla soluzione.

COSA VORREMMO PORTASSI CON TE

  • Esperienza di almeno 3-5 anni in ruoli simili in ambito HR.

  • Conoscenza dei sistemi più comuni HRIS e capacità di ottimizzarli per migliorare i processi.

  • Competenze nell’analisi dei dati HR e nella produzione di report efficaci.

  • Ampia conoscenza della lingua inglese (B2/C1);

  • Ottime capacità organizzative e attenzione al dettaglio.

  • Eccellenti doti comunicative e capacità di gestire richieste multiple in un contesto dinamico.

  • Attitudine proattiva e orientata alla risoluzione dei problemi.

  • Interesse per la cultura aziendale, il benessere dei dipendenti e l’ottimizzazione dei processi HR.
